About the event
With master teacher, Wayne B. Chandler leading us, we will dive deep into the science of why we cultivate ourselves internally. We will do a daily yoga, qigong and meditation practice while enoying an incredible local, organic cuisine. Daily we will listen to lectures from author & Qigong practitioner, Wayne Chandler on the importance of self cultivation and the need for energetic alignment we need as we move through all the changes that are approaching us.
